Introduction
KodeBytes ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of children who use our app. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through the KodeBytes mobile application (the "App").
KodeBytes is designed for children aged 7-13 and we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code).

- • Photos, videos, or audio
- • Contact lists or address books
- • Browsing history or search queries
- • Device identifiers for advertising purposes

The following information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

Subscriptions & Payments
KodeBytes offers optional premium subscriptions. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
Subscription purchases require a parent or guardian's Apple ID password or biometric authentication, ensuring children cannot make purchases without parental consent.

KodeBytes does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.
The only third-party service used is Apple's StoreKit for processing subscriptions, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Advertising
KodeBytes contains no advertisements. We do not display ads of any kind, including behavioural advertising, contextual advertising, or promotional content.
Data Security
Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data at risk. Game progress and settings are stored securely on the user's device using iOS's built-in data protection.
Parental Rights
As we do not collect personal information from children, there is no personal data to review, delete, or modify. However, parents can:
- • Reset app progress by deleting and reinstalling the app
- • Manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID settings
- • Use iOS Screen Time features to manage app usage
- • Contact us with any questions or concerns
